We are proud to announce that we have been awarded the LimeCulture Adult ISVA and Children and Young Person’s ISVA Services Quality Standards.

Our dedicated team of ISVAs (Independent Sexual Violence Advocates) deliver the highest quality of support to our clients every day. Some of the elements of the ISVA role include: advocating on behalf of clients to the police and crown prosecution services; liaising with other professionals, such as housing and health care; supporting victims through court cases and interviews; and offering emotional support, including coping strategies and a safe space to talk – and the list goes on!

The team at New Pathways have been working towards these standards for two years, undertaking a six-stage process, including a thorough document review, interviews and a site visit. This process allowed us to showcase the quality of the support offered by our ISVA team.

Our SARC facilities are open 24/7, 365 days a year. You can self-refer, without having to involve the police. You will have the same support from our specialist team no matter which referral route you take and our ISVAs can talk you through your options.
