If you, a family member a friend, or someone you are concerned about has experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence, you can contact the Live Fear Free Helpline 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for free advice and support or to talk through your options.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, in crisis, or having suicidal thoughts, the CALL 24/7 helpline offers telephone or text support. They provide confidential listening support, and also have a database of local agencies that can offer support. They also have resources on their website.

Samaritans offer a 24/7 helpline, text and email service for anyone in crisis. They provide a Welsh language helpline. They also have a self-help app.
