Complaints Procedure

New Pathways is committed to providing the highest level of service in all of its work across all projects and with clients, external agency partners and members of the public. We welcome opportunities to resolve any concerns informally, however, should you wish to make a formal complaint. You can see our complaints procedure by clicking the link below:

Complaints Procedure

Complaints give us an opportunity to improve our services, procedures and governance. New Pathways will monitor the nature of complaints, and the outcomes of investigations, in order to improve the quality of our service provision.
