Wellbeing Service - Gwasanaeth Lles
Our new Wellbeing Service offers an alternative to traditional counselling through 1:2:1 support with a trained sexual violence support worker. It is a non-disclosure service that can provide counselling preparation, psychoeducation and trauma work alongside advocacy and support. Our sexual violence support workers can help clients with:
- a short pre-counselling service that prepares and helps clients get the most out of their counselling
- a longer, in-depth support package that is an alternative to counselling and can help clients deal with a wide variety of issues they may be experiencing.

We are proud to say that the Wellbeing Service is receiving significant support from the National Lottery from October 2021 and receives additional funding from Offices of the Police and Crime Commissioners in Dyfed Powys, South Wales and Gwent and the Moondance Foundation.
Mae ein Gwasanaeth Lles newydd yn cynnig dewis gwahanol i gwnsela traddodiadol, gan ddarparu cymorth un-i-un gyda gweithiwr cymorth trais rhywiol hyfforddedig. Mae’n wasanaeth nad yw’n datgelu, sy’n gallu cynorthwyo â pharatoi ar gyfer cwnsela, seicoaddysg a gwaith trawma ochr yn ochr ag eiriolaeth a chymorth. Gall gweithwyr cymorth trais rhywiol oedolion helpu cleientiaid â’r canlynol:
- gwasanaeth cyn-gwnsela byr sy’n paratoi ac yn helpu cleientiaid i gael y gorau o’u cwnsela
- pecyn cymorth manwl hirach sy’n ddewis gwahanol i gwnsela ac a all helpu cleientiaid i ymdrin ag amrywiaeth eang o broblemau y gallent fod yn eu profi.
